2019 Chardonnay

Our 2019 Chardonnay is a pure expression of old-world winemaking.  Harvested before full ripeness to preserve acidity and ensure a nuanced, food-friendly white.  Aged in 100% French oak, with partial malolactic fermentation, to deliver strong green apple notes with a subtle touch of oak.
