The 2019 White Label Cabernet Franc is the first vintage produced from our Swoope vineyard. Aged exclusively in large format neutral French oak puncheons for 18 months. With the only tannins coming from the grapes themselves, we took time and caution to fully extract the skins with a 3 day cold soak and extended post fermentation maceration. This wine has a tannin structure that is velvety soft,  fully integrated into the rich texture and full volume on the palate while being balanced with a citrus like acidity to give levity. Rich dark fruits and tart red berries followed with savory herbs dominate the nose and palate of this well-structured and balanced Cabernet Franc.
