Our 2021 Petit Manseng Aged In Stone is a gorgeous expression of what Petit Manseng can be when given the right approach. Fermented and aged in a large concrete tank, this Petit Manseng exudes life, vibrance, texture and fruit. The concrete tank allows the wine to breath ever so slightly which knocks off the stiff edges, softening the palate and increasing the texture which keeps it from being a purely linear acidic sensation. This wine begs to be paired with fresh seafood, oysters on the half shell, spring salads and so much more.
