2018 Blanc de Blanc

The very first Estate grapes we harvested from our Swoope, Virginia vineyard were the Chardonnay grapes we used to make our first sparking wine release! 2 years in neutral French Oak followed by 3 years in the bottle to undergo secondary fermentation, the 2018 Blanc De Blanc is a rich, pure expression of the traditional method style! Full bodied, delicate bubbles, and crisp green apple all the way though. Cheers!
